How to start a return: email support@plushfoot.com with your order number and the reason. We'll send instructions.

Conditions: items should be returned in usable condition. Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or faulty items: if your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, no return needed.
